TaSheekia Harris, originally from Jacksonville and currently residing in Fort Myers, is a woman who has faced numerous challenges while growing up as a product of teen parents. However, she has successfully overcome all the obstacles that life has thrown at her and has emerged victorious. Her life experiences have given her the ability to encourage positive growth in the lives of others, and for the last 20 years, she has been working with youth and adults in personal development.
Harris’ enrichment program, Crowning Daughters for Success, is taught in several schools and youth organizations, such as Lee County Public Schools, the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, and the PACE Center for Girls, Collier at Immokalee. Her program includes a Ma & Me “Growing Together Empowerment” to assist mothers and daughters with productive relational building.
Harris is a regular on Lee Pitts Live, a local talk show, where she has the opportunity to reach young girls and women with her positive message. She launched Girl Talk with TaSheekia, a mini-segment on Lee Pitts Live, which motivates, directs, and creates awareness through relatable topic discussions and interviews.
In addition to her personal development work, Harris is also an ordained minister with over 20 years of experience. She uses her published Topical Journal, Dressing My Inner Beauty and Dating Guide, Protect Your Pearls, and multiple platforms to motivate, equip, and liberate others.

Attorney Joe North, the firm’s Managing Partner, specializes in Negligent Security cases, and Automobile Accidents, and Slip and Fall Accidents. Joe North was born in Fort Myers, Florida. Mr. North obtained his college degree, with Honors, from The Citadel Military College in 1987, with the rank of Cadet 2nd Lieutenant. Mr. North then obtained his law degree, with Honors, from the Florida State University College of Law in 1990. For more than 30 years, Mr. North has handled injury and wrongful death cases throughout the entire state of Florida and across America. Mr. North settles cases that can be settled and he goes to trial in those cases that need to proceed to Court.
Dr. Tywanna Smith is an award-winning sports manager, best-selling author, and speaker. For over 17 years, she has worked with 50+ NBA, NFL, WNBA, and overseas athletes as well as collegiate student-athletes. As President of The Athlete’s Nexus, Dr. Smith’s expertise includes engaging athletes and entrepreneurs around business and finance, professional development, effective communication, and branding. Dr. T is also a professor at The University of Memphis.
Dr. T is a former international basketball player and philanthropist. She executive produced an award-winning sports documentary – Ballin’ Abroad [2022]. She has also launched several signature program curriculums around professional development for high school and college athletes [PRO-Ready] and financial literacy for young adults [Teen Money Box]. She has taken her signature PRO- Ready workshop to colleges across the country.
Dr. Smith is a double alumnus of The University of Mississippi (BBA ’04, MBA ’05) and an alumnus of The University of Memphis (DLS ’23). She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and leads the Tywanna Inmon-Smith Scholarship. Dr. Smith has two children – Tyson, 9 and Tatum, 7 – and enjoys reading, traveling, and helping others. She resides in the Memphis area.
